Practice * The hospital operates as a closed ICU, Level III Trauma, with 414 beds. * Our team comprises 28 hospitalists and 2 APPs. * Hospitalists & nocturnists follow a schedule of seven on/off 12-hour shifts. * Our current model has 12 MDs on during the day, one swing, two nocturnists, and one night APP. * ACLS and BLS certification is required. * Board certification in internal medicine is required * We utilize Cerner, which has access to our internal informatics platform. * Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
