Essential Duties:
- Staff Management: Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of salespeople.
- Sales Programs: Directs sales staffing and training to enhance sales programs.
- Sales Goals: Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Inventory Management: Orders/acquires new and used vehicle inventory.
- Market Analysis: Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential.
- Liaison: Serves as a liaison between the sales department and other departments.
- Budget Control: Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Promotes new and used vehicles, ensuring professional customer interactions.
Requirements
