Role: US Franchise Sales Manager
Reports To: International Franchise Development and Operations Lead
Salary: $80,0000-$100,000/yr + 10% bonus eligibility
Position Summary: The US Franchise Sales Manager supports the effort to grow the Magnolia Bakery U.S. footprint with new franchisees. This includes sourcing new franchisees and building a bench of potential future franchisees. This role leads the initial diligence and internal approval process as well as creating a franchise sales strategy and effective marketing resources to increase new partner interest.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development strategy for long-term growth of the Magnolia Bakery brand.
- Develop and execute a strategy to attract the highest quality prospective franchisees, marketing the opportunity externally.
- Perform daily CRM and database management inputting and tracking lead throughout the business development process, including the processing and vetting of franchisee applications.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective candidates and partners, including in-market visits of prospective franchisees' existing operations.
- Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership.
- Manage between relevant internal departments to ensure timely launch of franchise partner businesses.
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate bachelor's degree
- Experience dealing with Franchisors and Franchisees
- Sales & Lead generation experience
- Years of experience 4-6 (related or sales role)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization and project management skills
- Excel and online database management
- PowerPoint and presentation structuring
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to collect variety of data to incorporate into market launches.
