Description:

As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of FACE FOUNDRIÉ's franchise network. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential franchisees, managing the franchise sales process, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new franchise partners. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our brand and franchise laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Sales:
    • Identify and cultivate leads for potential franchisees through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, trade shows, brokers and networking events.
    • Conduct initial assessments of prospective franchisees to determine their suitability and alignment with the brand's values and business model.
    • Present the Franchise Disclosure Document to potential franchisees and address their questions and concerns.
    • Track and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Host Discovery Day for potential franchise partners
    • Collaborate with marketing to ensure franchise sales marketing campaigns are executed including but not limited to emails, social media, SEO/SMO, paid search, etc.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure their satisfaction and support ongoing growth.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Assist with ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including onboarding, business development, etc.
    • Work closely with broker networks and build strong relationships with their organization and consultants
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise development opportunities in specific regions.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all Franchise Agreements and related documentation are accurately completed and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with legal counsel to review and revise Franchise Agreements as needed.
    • Stay up to date and follow all franchising rules and regulations
    • Manage all agreements and amendments for new and existing locations
    • Assist with the Franchise Disclosure Document renewal process
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports and updates on franchise sales activity, performance, and growth projections for senior management.
    • Use franchise sales tracking systems and dashboards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in franchise sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of franchising principles, contract negotiation, and business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising.
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows, visit potential franchise locations, and meet with franchisees.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
