Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager with a strong focus on digital and online marketing. The ideal candidate will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing campaigns targeted at B2B clients in the Print industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the digital landscape, leveraging the latest tools and trends to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients in the technology sector. Utilize various online channels such as SEO, SEM, social media (including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), email, and content marketing to reach the target audience effectively.

Utilize Eloqua for Automation and Optimization: Leverage Eloqua, our marketing automation platform, to streamline campaign processes, automate workflows, and optimize campaign performance across all channels. Utilize Eloqua's features for email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting to drive engagement and conversion.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, design, and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital campaigns. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather insights, content assets, and feedback for campaign optimization.

Personalization and Targeting: Utilize Eloqua's capabilities for audience segmentation, personalization, and targeted messaging to deliver relevant content to different segments of the B2B technology audience across social media platforms. Implement dynamic content and tailored messaging strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Campaign Management and Optimization: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring and optimization across social media platforms and other digital channels. Set campaign objectives, define KPIs, establish timelines, and closely monitor performance metrics within Eloqua for continuous optimization and improvement.

Account Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts. Utilize data-driven insights to create personalized campaigns and messaging tailored to the specific needs and pain points of target accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with account-based sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, using digital analytics tools such as Eloqua and social media analytics. Generate comprehensive reports to measure campaign success, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Stay Current with Digital Marketing Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing, marketing automation, and the B2B technology industry.Continuously seek opportunities to optimize campaigns, experiment with new strategies, and drive innovation across all digital and social media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or campaign management with a strong emphasis on digital and online strategies in the technology sector.
  • Strong English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital campaigns, showing measurable results in driving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, B2B buying journeys, and the B2B technology landscape.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
