WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, your daily responsibilities involve managing the day-to-day operations to ensure that every call is handled promptly and professionally. You start the day by collaborating with the service manager and GM to dispatch the right technician and keep schedules running smoothly. Throughout the day, you handle return trips, manage schedules, and debrief technicians. Additionally, you focus on preparedness, answer each call positively, and actively listen to clients to maintain a professional image by adhering to safety policies and performance standards. Following up on completed calls and resolving client concerns with clear communication is also crucial for strengthening client relationships.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in industry-related dispatch or coordination
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software experience
• Geographical knowledge of the service area - map reading skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment with or without accommodation
• Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
• Ability to sit for long periods
