ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Start Date: Asap-ongoing
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, Lunch 12p-1p Need coverage at least 5 days per month
• No Call
• Cases: Bread and butter Urology cases.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• BC/BE Urology (robotically trained preferred but not required)
• Active WY License
• Medicare Enrolled
• ACLS/BLS
