Transaction Advisory Senior Manager

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of audit and transaction services experience.Transaction Advisory Senior Managers are responsible for (but not limited to):Participation in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services;Analyzing and synthesizing target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, as well as potential liabilities and risks impacting valuation and negotiation of the transaction;Creating and designing tailored transaction advisory analyses specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of managements budget, indebtedness and client considerations and carve-out financial statementsDocumenting key findings and analysis in written report format;Interfacing and building successful relationships with client and target contacts;Managing, developing, training and supervising staff;Team with Directors, Partners and others on proposals and business development initiatives.RequirementsThe successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:Bachelor's degree in related fieldMaster's degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc, Finance) a plus10+ years of audit and/or transaction servicesExceptional Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConsultative approach and client service orientedTeam playerSelf-Directed, autonomous, motivatedEntrepreneurial spirited and ambitiousExceptional and proactive communicator (verbal & written)Ability/willingness to travel as needed (approx. 15%)What We Can Offer YouWe are dedicated to the well-being of our employees and are proud to be consistently recognized as one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work.
