What You'll Do
  • Provide subject matter expertise and delivery excellence on experience-led projects
  • Manage people with a servant-leader mindset to support their professional development
  • Partner with clients to determine experience metrics that align to business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with clients' cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and services) to create alignment and buy-in
  • Conduct maturity model assessments to identify which capabilities will be required to achieve strategic objectives and build a delivery roadmap
  • Define qualitative and quantitative research plans to develop personas, customer journeys, and service design blueprints
  • Lead customer research to map unmet customer needs with key business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Slalom cross-functional teams and capabilities (analytics, experience design, technology, program leadership, account leadership) to execute strategies that achieve and exceed business goals
  • Support pipeline management and grow opportunities by playing a key role in sales solutioning, resource scoping, and delivery planning

What You'll Bring
  • 6-10 years of consulting or digital agency experience in a client-facing role
  • Complex project leadership with multiple workstreams, roadmaps, and financials
  • People management and career development experience
  • Qualitative research interviewing stakeholders and customers
  • Workshop facilitation to drive consensus and navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities
  • Business case development and presentation to executive audiences
  • Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels, including the ability to organize and simplify concepts and maintain a strong executive presence
  • Proficiency with experience design, process design, and prototyping software/tools such as Sketch, Lucid Chart or Visio, InVision, MURAL or Miro, etc.
