What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will bring a thoughtful, customer-centric lens to digital innovation projects, blending customer insights with business goals and the 'art of the possible' to craft impactful strategies. Your role requires balancing analytical rigor with creative problem-solving while building meaningful relationships across teams.
You'll synthesize complex research findings into actionable insights, use storytelling to align teams and drive decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that are desirable for end users and valuable for businesses. You'll play a critical role in helping organizations improve their CX maturity and deliver transformative outcomes.

What You'll Do

You'll synthesize complex research findings into actionable insights, use storytelling to align teams and drive decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that are desirable for end users and valuable for businesses. You'll play a critical role in helping organizations improve their CX maturity and deliver transformative outcomes.
Research & Synthesis:
- Conduct and analyze customer research, distilling qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights.
- Leverage data and analytics - from customer satisfaction scores to ROI models - to support recommendations and strategies
- Identify patterns and opportunities, connecting the dots across diverse inputs to inform strategy and innovation.
Customer-Centric Strategy:
- Develop roadmaps, personas, and journey maps that integrate customer needs and business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations around people, process, and technology to drive decision making for impactful outcomes.
- Experience with AI-driven strategies or emerging technologies is a plus.
Storytelling & Communication:
- Use compelling narratives to present research findings, strategy recommendations, and vision statements.
- Clearly communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences with varying degrees of design exposure
Facilitation & Collaboration:
- Plan and lead workshops, aligning stakeholders and generating creative solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create strategies and refine solutions in agile environments.
Relationship Building:
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their challenges and goals.
- Build rapport within teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across disciplines.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years in consulting, customer strategy, UX research, digital strategy, product management, or similar roles.
- 2+ years leading strategy or customer experience projects in consulting or enterprise teams.
- Strong research and synthesis skills.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops, fostering collaboration, and aligning teams around a shared vision.
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Relationship-building expertise, fostering trust and collaboration across clients and teams.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for solving ambiguous problems with clarity and creativity.
- Empathy for customers and colleagues, with a focus on creating meaningful connections.
- A curiosity to explore new ideas, tools, and methods that drive innovation and value.
- Comfort with tools such as Miro, Excel, Figma and survey platforms, as well as data visualization methods to support storytelling.
