Our Florida Experience team is comprised of strategists, designers and researchers dedicated to championing a human-centered approach to business transformation spanning digital and physical products and services.

As a Customer Strategist within the Experience team, you will help shape the strategy behind digital innovation projects, bringing a lens that infuses a mix of customer strategy, business strategy, and experience design. You are responsible for supporting the creation of a shared vision, set of objectives, and drafting a plan that achieves the desired outcomes of the product, design, marketing, and business teams. You are involved through all aspects of the experience ecosystem and are responsible for laying out the building blocks that help evolve a client's CX maturity.

Experience Qualifications
  • Responsible for the development and management of long view strategic planning and investment processes across digital, marketing, product or experience teams.
  • Identify and define problems to solve through quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Provide design & experience strategy direction to ensure desirability for the customer and value to the business.
  • Identify synergies, efficiencies, and innovations across various business units to execute on opportunities.
  • Experience conducting user and customer research, analyzing business performance, participating in workshops and interviews, developing frameworks and delivery materials
  • Comfort using data and analytics - from customer satisfaction scores to ROI models - to support recommendations and strategies
  • Creative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate complex ideas, sophisticated analyses and metrics into a simple, actionable marketing strategy
  • Has contributed to business development or new business pursuits by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs and/or participating in orals

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, customer strategy & research, digital strategy, corporate strategy, product management, or similar.
  • 6+ years of experience leading strategy projects at a consulting firm, or corporate / digital strategy team.
  • Passion for driving business value through experiences, products and business solutions that deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Well-versed in working closely with senior level business, product, and technology stakeholders to help align core business operations that include a people, process, and experience lens.
  • A passion for learning and helping clients capitalize on emerging technology, connect with their customers, and respond to changing market expectations
