As a Customer & Digital Strategist within our Strategy Team, you will work with our clients to `help shape the strategy behind digital innovation projects, bringing a lens that infuses a mix of customer strategy, business strategy, and experience design. You are responsible for supporting the creation of a shared vision, set of objectives, and drafting a plan that achieves the desired outcomes of the product, design, marketing, and business teams. In addition to leading strategic initiatives, this role will help drive towards cultivating product and program implementation opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a combination of business acumen, customer experience and technology comprehension with a foundation of strategic thinking.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage strategic vision, planning and investment processes across digital, marketing & sales, product or experience teams.
- Identify and define problems to solve through quantitative and qualitative data.
- Provide product & experience strategy direction to ensure desirability for the customer and value to the business.
- Identify synergies, efficiencies, and innovations across various business units to execute on opportunities.
- Experience conducting user and customer research, analyzing business performance, leading workshops and interviews, developing frameworks and delivery materials
- Develop business cases to quantify the value of investments and articulate costs, benefits, risks, and considerations of investments - to support recommendations & strategies.
- Align and create buy-in amongst senior digital, business and technology leaders on strategic approach and product backlog to drive implementations
- Act as an Engagement Lead for product, digital, and customer strategy initiatives that serves as a main point of contact for client, responsible for timeline and budget, delivering against SOW including team management
- Creative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate complex ideas, sophisticated analyses and metrics into a simple, actionable marketing strategy
- Has contributed to business development or new business pursuits by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs and/or participating in orals
What You'll Bring
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in customer strategy, digital strategy, product strategy, marketing and sales strategy, experience strategy or business strategy, with a desire to learn and grow OR an MBA with relevant work experience
- Experience in key research, strategy, and experience tools and methodologies, such as qualitative and quantitative research, market research, service design, road map development, business case development, and human centered design thinking
- Experience in leading Research, Strategy, and Discovery activities
- Strong investigative, analytical, and expert-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for key technologies that enable customer and digital strategy, including CRM, CDP, MarTech, Sales Enablement and other relevant and emerging tech related to analytics and automation
- Knowledge and understanding in UX/UI best practices
- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams of technologists, designers, change management consultants, and engineers
- Conceptual knowledge of software delivery and implementation
- Experience in communicating and influencing Senior Leaders
- 2+ years of digital/product strategy responsibilities and/or consulting experience at a consulting firm is a plus
