Legal Bill Review Specialist

Job Responsibilities:Work closely with the legal bill review team and oversee and manage eBilling legal invoice review process internally. Manage and assist with all bill support activities including analysis and review of invoices submitted by legal vendors, handle and resolve invoice escalations, including law firm appeal of invoice review and billing guideline inquiries.Assist in defining best practices regarding law firm invoice review.Conduct Claims and law firm training on billing, invoice review, best practices, and utilization of the corporate eBilling platform.Manage and direct outside legal vendor quality assessment review including process improvement.Proactively identify opportunities to assess and improve the service quality of the bill review workflow.Understand customer needs, analyze and resolve problems effectively, adjust work style to meet customer requirements.

Law Degree.Minimum of three years of experience in litigation management, law firm administration, claims handling, or legal bill review.In-depth knowledge of the litigation process, claim litigation handling and litigation management protocols.Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact effectively at various levels within the corporation and with law firm personnel.Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to ensure timely task responses.Strong skills in leading continuous process improvement and data quality initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong computer literacy with background knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Teams platforms.
