The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the estimating process for electrical projects and ensuring accurate and timely bids are submitted. E: lindsay.larson@cybercoders.comKey ResponsibilitiesLead the estimating team in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for electrical projects in WWTPReview and analyze project plans and specifications to accurately determine project scope and requirementsCollaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and complete bid packagesManage bid deadlines and ensure timely submission of bidsParticipate in post-bid reviews and work closely with project teams to ensure successful project executionContinuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracyDetermine and price value-engineered alternatives to plans and specsQualifications10+ years of experience in electrical construction estimatingPrior experience with hard bid, negotiated work, and conceptual estimating Prior experience winning design-build projects in excess of 200M Demonstrated experience in electrical power, instrumentation/controls, schematics and control diagramsExperience working on WWTP projectsAbility to read and interpret project plans and specsProficiency with Accubid and/or similar estimating software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is PREFERREDBenefitsSalary 150-205k (based on experience) Top-tier medical, dental, vision coverage with HSA optionLife InsurancePaid Vacation and Sick LeavePaid Holidays401k Retirement Plan with employer match For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
