About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Global Finance to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial initiatives. In this critical position, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, managing treasury operations, and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure integrity and compliance across the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping and executing our financial strategy, aligning with the company’s goals, and ensuring rigorous oversight of a talented finance team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead financial compliance and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive financial processes and international accounting principles across multiple regions.
  • Oversee global audits and complex consolidation practices.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • An in-depth understanding of US GAAP or IFRS, along with expertise in international tax and transfer pricing issues.
  • Proven team management skills and experience in change management.
  • A fluent command of English and a passion for fostering innovation and operational excellence.
