You own the transformational growth of your clients by monitoring, representing, and optimizing the results of your clients' marketing dollars. You will ensure each client has a dedicated advocate inside the day-to-day operations of Valve+Meter.

Valve and Meter is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Client Success department. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships in the performance marketing space.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the performance marketing industry
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to drive their business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute performance marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Execute quarterly business reviews with each client
- Maintain knowledge of all marketing programs
- Analyze client scorecards
- Determine the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns
- Identify and interpret trends as appropriate
- Request and review ad hoc data analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with both the client and internal team
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings (weekly, quarterly, etc.)
- Recommend, architect, and test opportunities to increase return on marketing spend
- Work with the team to optimize content and improve conversions

- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
