We are a mid-sized assisted living community for seniors. Our mission is to care, honor and respect our elders by creating a safe, therapeutic and engaging environment for them, our staff and the extended community. 

We are seeking a new mid-Level Cook to join our team. Your role will be to prepare meals and snacks according to a set menu, provide medical diet requirements, coordinate with caregiving staff to serve meals, provide alternative selection when needed, keep kitchen clean and sanitary and close down - this is a full-service kitchen!

As a member of the Dining Team, you will work with Administrative Team, Activity Director and report to our Community Manager.
What You Will Do:

• Inspect kitchen, equipment or supplies to ensure conformance to standards
• Build and maintain relationships with residents and staff

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• High School or GED
• Cooking
• Knife Skills
• Sanitation
• Portion Control
