Immediately Hiring: Finishing Assembler Company: DAYTON-GRANGER Industry: Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315 Shift: First Shift Monday - Friday Full Time, Direct Hire, Great Benefits Responsibilities: Position entails performing all aspects of the finishing process for Dayton-Granger's parts, including masking products prior to sanding or painting. Remove mask and touch-up painted surfaces prior to presentation to quality inspection. Buffing or polishing any imperfection on units to meet our workmanship and industry standards for parts finishing. Completes production orders and related tasks on time and to the customer's specification. Perform additional tasks assigned by management. Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in roles involving finishing, sanding, painting, or assembly of components. Proficient in the use of hand and air tools, with the ability to mask, buff, and polish parts to meet precise industry standards. Strong visual inspection skills with the ability to identify and correct imperfections, ensuring high-quality finishes on all products. Capable of performing tasks that involve physical demands such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using tools that require good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
