TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Management Analyst enabling you to have a Secret Security Clearance.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research of historical financial data and be able to forecast quarterly and annual spending.
  • Compare plan to actual expenditures and develop a recommendation for improvements.
  • Conduct organizational budgetary and efficiency studies and evaluations related to cost and schedule performance.
  • Conduct analytical work on a wide range of subjects of importance such as project/program effectiveness, policy development, project management, information systems, law and regulatory compliance, and may be asked to support special ad-hoc projects for senior managers.
  • Prepare customer (sponsor) statement of work proposals, metrics, budget exhibits and other program related data drills.
  • Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and update or prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management and project managers in operating more efficiently and effectively or to reduce cost.
  • High level of knowledge in project management and must be able to support senior leadership by collecting, assembling and communicating project plans, as well as project execution with little to no government involvement.
  • This information will then form the basis for Keyport and external senior leadership decisions on how to proceed with projects and programs.

Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance; or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or Finance
  • 4 Years of professional experience.
  • Licenses or certifications none.
  • Relevant software experience such as: Excel: data entry, familiarity with advanced features navigation tools, conditional Formatting, Charts & Graph creation, advanced formulas, Pivot Tables. Power BI experience.
  • COVID-19 vaccination; or an approved medical or religious exemption
  • Sitting and use of a computer and keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift packages weighing up to 25 lbs

Preferred Requirements:
  • PMP/CAPM

Background Investigation:

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness
