WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Head of Sales & Service, you'll drive the global go-to-market strategy that propels our revolutionary Seakeeper Ride product. You'll scale both the team, tools, and processes behind the product to enable immediate and future growth and ensure we are consistently striving for our mission of being a company that customers want to buy from. You will play a pivotal role in Seakeeper Ride's commercial leadership and success by:

  • Being responsible for all sales, service, and applications engineering functions supporting the global Seakeeper Ride commercial operations
  • Driving rapid growth, focusing and rallying your team around monthly/short-term goals that support quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives
  • Applying a strategic mindset to objectively test and adapt elements of our go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction in our OEM and Aftermarket channels
  • Scaling, leading, and developing a growth-oriented global sales organization and a world-class customer support and applications engineering team
  • Being part leader and part doer, you'll have responsibility for both building and executing the strategic initiatives, supporting your team with active leadership
  • Promoting a customer-oriented culture where customers are buying from us because they want to, not because they have to
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with key senior-level decision makers across our OEM and Dealer partnerships
  • Analyzing operational data and market feedback to develop concise insights for managing your team's priorities, guiding strategic decisions, and delivering upward communication
  • Ensuring operational tools such as pipeline, lead, and warranty case management systems are adapted for scalability and consistently leveraged for effective prioritization, execution, and internal visibility/communication
  • Partnering with marketing to develop effective sales materials and presentations
  • As the voice of the customer, acting as liaison with product engineering for product introductions and improvements
  • Communicating clearly Seakeeper's strategy internally and externally to ensure that business goals are set appropriately, communicated clearly, and executed aggressively
  • Supporting the launch, introduction, and adoption of new products that expand our addressable market
  • Maintaining a consistent pulse on market conditions, including boat production, retail sales, refit orders, and competitive dynamics


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

MUST-HAVES
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, strategy, or operations leadership
  • "Can-do" attitude, with a track-record of delivering growth and overcoming challenges
  • Thrive in high-growth situations where dynamic leadership and a strategic mindset are a must to support our innovative products
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching and developing a growing team
  • Strategic mindset and ability to proactively drive operational priorities in pursuit of high-level goals
  • Exceptional commercial orientation, including customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to digest dynamic situations, weigh opportunities/risks, and quickly pivot
  • A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally


NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience in the following areas:
  • Products that are consumer-driven and supported by mass distribution
  • High growth and/or transformational technology
  • Marine industry


MORE DETAILS YOU'LL WANT TO KNOW
  • You'll be located onsite in our Ft. Myers, FL office
  • Relocation assistance will be offered, if applicable
  • You can expect to travel including but not limited to overnight and weekends up to 70% of the time
  • You'll report to the Chief Commercial Officer, based in PA
