The shift rotation for this position is14x14.
The salary range for this position is$95,000 - $115,000.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain in depth technical knowledge on the AHS system, operation, and support functions.
- Keep up to date with equipment changes, developments and applications as related to service requirements involving industry procedures and standards.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of system problems by understanding and utilizing engineering standards, technical manuals, engineering prints and electronic test tooling.
- Write and catalog technical failure reports obtained from the field, offers recommendations adding to the future improvement of the equipment.
- As a technical resource for AHS, assist the branch and customers in the assembly, commissioning, and service of the equipment.
- Provide technical service advice and information to customers and to OEM representatives.
- Provide product reliability, customer concerns and potential opportunity feedback to various departments within the company and OEMs.
- Provide equipment support and follow-up as required in the areas of operational performance problems, technical issue resolves and all relevant matters as required.
- Assist with tracking and the prioritization of Factory Campaigns.
- Monitor equipment updates and track Flash News releases.
- Responsible for Technical Service Information submissions.
- Periodically or on request participates in Branch and Customer JoiFUL meetings.
- Review all JoiFUL logs from Branches and provide support and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Provide warranty support for SMS branches and customers, where applicable.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a relevant Journeyperson certification with a minimum of 3 years of trade experience or an Engineering Degree with relevant experience within the heavy equipment industry. Additional qualifications include:
- Sound understanding of principles associated within the mining environment.
- Knowledge of AHS systems.
- The ability to operate in a dynamic environment with focus on client and customer relations is essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have a wide-ranging working knowledge of computer systems.
- Proficient communication skills in dealing with customers and OEM's.
- Able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure; possess good judgement, initiative, positive attitude and be dependable.
- Valid Class 5/G drivers license.
