McLaren Northern is looking for a GI provider ASAC. Open dates listed below: 8/1/2024 5pm - 5pm 8/8/2024 8/22/2024 5pm - 5pm 8/28/2024 8/28/2024 5pm - 5pm 9/5/2024 9/19/2024 5pm - 5pm 9/27/2024 9/30/2024 7am - 5pm 10/3/2024 10/17/2024 5pm - 5pm 10/18/2024 10/27/2024 7am - 5pm 10/31/2024 * Clinic setting: Hospital * 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day * Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital * Onsite lab * Onsite XRay * EMR: Cerner Rates to submit: * Hourly rate - "Per hour worked 7a-5p" * Orientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modules * On Call daily - covers the M-F 7a-5p plus night call * Night call - "Per night to hold pager from 5p-7a" * Weekend call - Saturday & Sunday "Per 24 hours of call, to include 4 gratis hours" * Call back - "Per hour of patient call back hours" * Holidays - 1.5x * Conversion rate Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA. Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used. Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes) Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS All must be notated at time of name clear * Rates and specific availability MUST be submitted at time of name clear - will not be sent over without * Board Certified * ACLS * Active MI license & CSR at time of submission * Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) * All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience) * COVID Vaccine * DEA ABOUT THE FACILITY McLaren Northern Michigan is a 202-bed regional hospital located in Petoskey, Michigan serving residents in 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern part of the Upper Peninsula.
