Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 11, 26, & 30 and January 2 & 6 at their onsite employee health center in Greeley. Provider will see ages 2 & up to provide acute episodic care, primary care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are 7:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break.
