Facility in Woodland, CA seeking long term FM locums coverage Rates: $175/hr Schedule/Duration : * Start Date: ASAP. * Assignment Duration: 6 months to 1 year. * Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities : * Interim primary care physician for Medicine patients. * Provide care for acute visits and chronic care management. * Must see adults and perform routine clinical procedures as per skill set. * Work collaboratively in a team environment. * Patients per Day: . * EMR: Cerner. Support Staff : * 1 assigned MA per provider for patient rooming. * Additional LVN and RN support available. Facility Details : * 100% outpatient care. * Team includes 11 physicians and 9 APPs. Requirements : * Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required. * License: Active CA medical license Required. * Malpractice: Clean history highly preferred. * Must be comfortable prescribing controlled medications, supporting care for underserved populations, and facilitating care for LGBTQ+ and pro-choice patients.
