Participate in requirements gathering, definition and testing / validation of new CAD, PLM, and Engineering Processes Provide mentoring and daily support of Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform, CATIA 3DX and change management processes Establish and document best practices to enable teams to function efficiently Work with software vendors and application product teams to enable issues resolution and enhancements Monitor and track support request in a service desk application SKILLS: Minimum 5 years using 3DExperience Platform Working knowledge of Enovia Lifecycle Management and Change Management Mechanical Design background using CATIA V5/V6
