WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Responsible for Human Resources operations in the following areas: salaried and hourly recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, training and development and benefits.
Essential Functions:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned areas
- Oversee and conduct new hire orientation
- Conduct stay and exit interviews
- Look for ways to continuously improve & streamline hiring and onboarding processes
- Ensure data integrity within ADP HRIS
- Develop and run reports to enhance people analytics
- Build diversity & inclusion practices into recruiting and onboarding plans
- Ensure HR compliance in assigned accountabilities
- Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Investigates employee relations issues and provides solutions to management
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees and reducing legal risks
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Participates in one or multiple company committees
- Assist with various other functions within HR including but not limited to payroll, benefits, policy review and creation, compensation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in HR required
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, training, HRIS, and employee relations, and benefits
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Must have knowledge of federal and state employment laws, experience with FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality is a must
Licenses/Certifications:
- SHRM-CP/PHR preferred

Physical Requirements:
Office worker
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
