This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and management teams to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership based on operational data and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational policies and procedures and recommend changes as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide support in analyzing financial, logistical, and performance data to guide decision-making processes.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure operational activities are aligned with PEO STRI's mission, goals, and compliance requirements.
- Full time (40 Hours per week)
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and operational modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a DoD or government environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
