We're seeking a Thought Leadership Specialist (Writer) to join our Strategic Marketing team to help support how our leaders better share the benefits of working with Worldpay.
About the team:
The Strategic Marketing team is responsible for Brand, Content, Creative Services and Product Marketing. This team is part of the larger Corporate Affairs group and works closely with Digital Marketing, Events, Corporate Communication and Government Affairs. The Content team itself is responsible for providing messaging support and editorial guidance for the brand. Additionally, the Content team is focused on campaigns, market research, client advocacy, content syndication and thought leadership.

We're seeking a Thought Leadership Specialist (Writer) to join our Strategic Marketing team to help support how our leaders better share the benefits of working with Worldpay.

The Content team itself is responsible for providing messaging support and editorial guidance for the brand. Additionally, the Content team is focused on campaigns, market research, client advocacy, content syndication and thought leadership.
What you will be doing:
- Helping to establish the thought leadership bench for Worldpay.
- Serving as an exceptional writer and storyteller.
- Bringing a creative storytelling approach to every project.
- Developing a deep expertise on Worldpay leaders and corporate vision-you will need to act as an in-house expert with a list of sources across the company and externally to connect dots across functions.
- Be a network builder, developing key relationship in-and-out of the company to develop the right partnerships.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, incorporating key inputs while maintaining editorial and messaging excellence.
- Work with executive spokespeople and their teams to elevate their platform.
- Write, co-write, or edit content published on the Worldpay website.
- Be willing to write strong copy and contribute to other content workstreams including developing, delivering and maintaining product messaging and information.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
- Creativity and passion for creating exceptional content, and for helping executives perform their best.
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients and public.
- Exemplary organizational skills, and an uncompromising eye for quality and detail while working on several projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional projects.
- An ability to practice adaptive leadership and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
- Have exemplary organizational skills, and an uncompromising eye for quality and detail while working on several projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency to operate independently or as a part of a team.
