**Job Title** : Sr. Associate/Manager, Strategic Projects

**Location** : NYC (Hybrid/ In-office 4 days per week)

**Reporting to:** CEO

Acting as a project manager and thought partner to the CEO, Executive Team and all colleagues with an aim to drive the best possible outcomes in line with key business objectives.

**Strategic Projects**
• Partnering with colleagues across all departments in the form of project leadership, project management, or strategic guidance to drive progress and ensure excellence against key strategic initiatives.
• Point person for managing CEO project list, providing a link to the status of key projects for the CEO and the Executive Team, as well as connecting teams across the business that are working on the initiatives.
• Areas of focus may include: special projects for the CEO and Executive Team, sales enablement and GTM transformation, new product launches, internal and external strategic marketing and communications initiatives, and guidance across key client accounts.

**Marketing/External Comms & CEO PR**
• Providing a review of all comms to ensure it is aligned to Storyful's core business strategy and ethos
• Identifying and vetting CEO speaking opportunities and interview requests
• Drafting external CEO speeches and presentations

**Corporate Reporting**
• Point person for annual Strategy and Budget deck preparation drafting and process
• Preparing quarterly CEO Reports on business progress and activities
• Supporting ad hoc reporting as required

**CEO Internal Presence & Comms**
• Creating first drafts of internal CEO comms in collaboration with CEO: weekly all-staff emails, company meeting comms, individual emails, etc.
• Creating agendas and identifying key priorities for weekly Executive Team meetings
• Planning and executing Executive team and Company offsites
• Assessing all inquiries directed to CEO and determining the proper course of action, as well as determining which meetings take priority and providing the proper preparation for each meeting
• Attending meetings in place of CEO as needed and guiding decisions in line with CEO priorities

**CEO Administrative**
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
• Booking travel and accommodations
• Filing monthly expense reports

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree and/or project management qualification is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience supporting senior level/C suite leadership. Strategy background a plus, but not a requirement.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills; high-levels of persistence and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels throughout the organization.
• Collaborative with the confidence and ability to engage stakeholders and senior leaders across different departments, within and outside the Company.
• Experience managing calendar and booking travel using a travel service online booking tool; and computer software applications (Google and Microsoft Office Suite).
• Highly proactive, intuitive, resourceful, self-sufficient, sharp, and capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent judgment and work well under pressure and have strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to work, willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues and follow up to ensure that they are successfully brought to completion.

Pay Range: 85000 - 120000
