Job Summary:
- The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of technicians responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of production equipment. This role requires strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team.
- Hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Recommend improvements to production processes and equipment.
- Manage maintenance budgets and inventory.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with PLC, VFD, and motor control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
