Outpatient Family Medicine in CA * $125 per hr * 18 Patients per day * Mon - Fri, 36hrs patient care with 4 hrs admin time A mix of Peds and AdultThe following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster
