Role Purpose:
People Business Partner is a tactical and strategic consultant optimizing talent management acquisition, performance management and employee-focused programs for all employees at the brewery. This ambassador of company culture will establish strong partnerships to guide best-in-class practices related to employee relations, talent development, diversity & inclusion and leadership succession planning. Partner with people managers at all leadership levels to support internal promotions and Total Rewards related to benefits and compensation for US businesses.

Accountabilities & Impact:
- Build effective partnerships with business units to maintain and continue building a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- Drive organizational capability through assessing talent, identifying competency gaps, following through on succession plans, and the strategic movement of people.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and People Operations strategy.
- Creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
- Oversee employee relations and investigations.
- As part of the People Operations team, collaborate with other members of the team to drive employee programs, change management activities, training, and adaptation for all processes.
- Establish regular communication cadence with all leadership teams and deliver agreed upon KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related degree; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with progressing levels of responsibility
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience building foundational & best-in-class People programs
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws & regulations
