Job Summary: As a Procurement and Subcontractor Specialist II, you will handle more complex procurement tasks and manage subcontractor relationships more independently. This role involves conducting market research, managing purchasing processes, and negotiating contracts.

Our hands-on team is committed to providing support in both Wireline and Wireless Telecom Verticals, offering expertise in Planning, Site Acquisition, Engineering, Construction, Splicing, and Test & Turn-Up. Job Summary: As a Procurement and Subcontractor Specialist II, you will handle more complex procurement tasks and manage subcontractor relationships more independently. This role involves conducting market research, managing purchasing processes, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Procurement Activities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Manage the purchasing process, including negotiating pricing and terms.
- Analyze and compare pricing proposals.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure supplier compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs and MSAs, and other procurement-related agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Subcontractor Onboarding:
- Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure subcontractors meet company standards.
- Pricing and Budgeting:
- Coordinate with the finance team to forecast procurement needs and budget requirements.
- Approve purchase orders and ensure they align with budget constraints.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a procurement or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and ERP systems
- Strong financial acumen and budget management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
