Director of People OperationsThe Director of People Operations will be responsible for leading and scaling our People Operations function. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within a high-growth environment.What You Will Be Doing:Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies aligned with the company's business and growth objectives.Provide strategic direction and support to the executive team on all people-related matters.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational structure, change management, and employee development.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.Oversee full cycle recruitment functions.Oversee People Operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, retention and workplace experience.Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and global (EMEA) employment laws and regulations.Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR policies to ensure they remain current and effective. Continuously improve people operations processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.Design and manage comprehensive talent development programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.Conducts analysis of organizational trends using key performance indicators to report trends and recommendations to reduce turnover, improve culture & boost productivityUse data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications We Need:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.15+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.Passion for fostering a positive company culture and enhancing the employee experience.Additional Job detailsThe base salary range for this position is $220k - $260k annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing.
