Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People Operations oversees all aspects of organizational employee relations. Director of People Operations oversees HR, TA, and HCM, coordinating with the executive team to ensure consistent application of corporate culture and ethics by strictly adhering to the Attic Project’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Responsibilities:
The Director of People Operations will: Establish People Operations Directorate strategies, initiatives, and objectives. Control People Operations Directorate staff allocation and budgeting. Direct the HR Team. Oversee TA and Recruitment. Manage the HCM Team. Institute Training Packages, Performance Management and Professional Development Programs. Administer Compensation Packages and Benefits Plans. Handle Compliance and Legal Affairs. Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Provide Corporate Oversight with respect to Employee Relations and Engagement. Conduct Stakeholder Relationship Management Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS). Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR, MSHRM, or MBA) preferred.) A proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as a Director of People Operations, Director of Personnel, HR Director, or equivalent position. A strong knowledge of HR, TA, and HCM best practices. Worked in fast-paced environments Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to assess, develop and implement effective HR strategies and establish a new infrastructure Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including a minimum of five-years experience. A deep-seated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Perks and Benefits:
