If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Technical Program Managerlocated in Milpitas CA.Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering theTechnical Program Manager, Partner with the Design & Engineering teams and commercial teams to drive the design, validation and implementation of innovative and cost-effective product solutions of varying scope in order to meet customer requirements from development of conceptual prototypes and architecture thru the NPI phase. Work closely with the Director of Program Management to define market and product requirements and provide voice of the market and customer to the design & engineering teams in I&NVWhat a typical day looks like:Maintain MIL items and ensure they're closed out with effective solutions that include root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actionsAddress yield fallouts with the team promptlyDrive the team to identify and address line inefficienciesWork cross functionally to pull together the listPrioritize and close out action itemsIdentify issues like lack of communication among teams and address. Leverages appropriate communication tools (phone calls, SMS, email, meetings, etc) to effectively close out action itemsSubmit, track and resolve bugs through customer bug tracking portalSupport requests for information, submittal, and change management process in coordination with consulting engineers.Highlight line blockers, risks and issuesAppropriately document software and/or hardware specifications and processes.Drive strategies and implementation for improving throughput and/or increasing capacity, leveraging a deep understanding of existing lines.
