If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Director located in Austin, TxThe Quality Director role involves guiding the quality function within Flex, with overall control for delivering a world-class Quality Management System to the business and ensuring consistent, compliant best practices in key processes are applied across our organization. The position requires extensive interaction and strong liaison activities with internal management teams as well as externally with customers and regulatory agencies.What a typical day looks like:Surveys and evaluates future and current vendorsPrepares and implements QA Policies and ProceduresReviews discrepancy reports and implements corrective actionsReports progress to customers as required.
