Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene seeks Advanced Practice Providers to join their Hospital Medicine team.The desired candidate would work the daytime shift. Primary responsibility: providing high-quality, ongoing care to hospitalized patients managed by the hospital medicine team including managing emergencies, pain, hypertension, abnormal laboratory values, and any other inpatient issues that arise during the evening as well as performing in-person rounding on the inpatient floors several times during the shift. Other responsibilities include admitting patients from the ER, fulfilling consult requests, and occasionally coordinating transfers into and out of the hospital. The APP will work with a Hospital Medicine physician whose primary responsibility is to admit patients, and this physician will serve as a resource to the APP when needed.This position is comprised of 13 10-hour shifts per month, which will be considered full-time with full time benefits.What Dartmouth Health has to offer you:

  • Hospital Medicine experience as a provider strongly preferred
  • Inpatient experience as a provider required

Required Licensure/Certifications

  • Eligible for licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program
  • NCCPA certification or board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
