This role is significant in the financial sector, and involves managing financial reporting, developing financial controls, and supervising accounting staff.Responsibilities:• Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.• Implement and manage financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.• Supervise, mentor, and encourage detail-oriented growth among accounting staff to ensure high performance.• Assist in streamlining operations to enhance efficiency.• Oversee the implementation of ERP in the future.• Handle full cycle accounting processes including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).• Oversee and manage budget processes.• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for effective management of accounting functions.Requirements• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Proven track record in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated ability in managing and improving Budget Processes • Expertise in Full Cycle Accounting practicesJob typePerm
