ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Develop, execute, measure and optimize integrated marketing communications plans and tactics to effectively promote new products, technologies, and markets
  2. Use data analytics to create targeted MarCom campaigns with the intent to create incremental revenues.
  3. Monitor and implement changes for SEO and Google AdWords
  4. Work with Product and Market managers, on the development and maintenance of marketing communications plans including messaging and creative communication channels
  5. Act as the main point of contact for all marketing product owners in the execution of promotions
  6. Manage outside marketing agencies and consultants; define business objectives and leverage these opportunities to deliver additional sales and new leads
  7. Develop the yearly Marcom calendar for all product lines and market fields
  8. Evolve MarCom toolkit and process to be more efficient, drive greater action and better leverage technology
  9. Issue different type of Marcom reports like leads by source, campaign return, opportunity creation and others
  10. Develop and monitor annual Marcom budget


JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

Interfaces with management, field sales, prospects, customers, manufacturing, customer service and sales administration team and other global offices.

DECISION-MAKING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING:

Ability to analyze and interpret analytic reports, create reports and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Consulting product managers, applications scientists, and sales to develop the appropriate content for marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Five plus year experience working in Marketing Communication field

Superior working knowledge of software packages such as: Salesforce, ServiceMax, Pardot and premium SEO software: BrightEdge or Conductor.

Working knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics

Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Power Point & Excel)

Professional, dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task

Works well in a team and independently

Negotiation skills

Technical aptitude in the scientific instrument industry

Education and / or experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, from a college or university. Life Sciences experiences preferred. Five plus years working with Analytical Instruments, Spectroscopy preferred.
