PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Senior-Level Program Manager with managerial experience of Federal Government programs to support an opportunity for our customer located in Dahlgren, VA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The PSI Pax Management Analyst positions provide program/project analysis and management support to organizations to coordinate and complete all project processes from requirements through delivery. PSI Pax Analysts interface with government clients to perform full life cycle project management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.

Essential Job Functions:
- Performs analysis, tracking research data, financial tracking, business operations and Navy ERP program.
- Provides drafting and editing of formal documentation and electronic documents, handles classified or sensitive data.
- Manages data calls.
- Produces metrics with data collection and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Four (4) years of experience in DOD environment with demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following: FOIA program procedures, U.S. Patent and Trademark processes, performing analysis, tracking research, financial tracking, business operations and Navy ERP program.
- Excellent proficiency in verbal and oral communication with personnel of all levels.
- Experience in word processing applications, Microsoft Suite and automated database systems.
- Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
