PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst with experience in operational research and analysis management of large organizations to support an opportunity for our customer located in Dahlgren, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The PSI Pax Operations Analyst positions provide program/project analysis and management support to organizations to coordinate and complete all project processes from requirements through delivery. PSI Pax Analysts interface with government clients to perform full life cycle project management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Performs analysis, tracking research data, financial tracking, business operations and Navy ERP program.
  • Manages numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing. Excellent proficiency in verbal and oral communication with personnel of all levels. Experience in independently working projects and outstanding management skills. Knowledge of the Government's data processing environments, including office automation networks, word processing applications, Microsoft Suite and advanced experience in spreadsheets.

Qualifications:
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in operations research including coordinating, operational research, analysis, and management of large organizations including effective use of personnel, finances and assets.
  • Research and analysis experience to include use of personnel, equipment, resource allocation, money, strategic planning, forecasting, and data bases covering large areas. Proficient in word processing applications, Microsoft Suite, and automated database systems.
  • Knowledge of the Government's data processing environments, including office automation networks, word processing applications, Microsoft Suite, and advanced experience in spreadsheets.
  • Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Mathematics
