We're looking for a passionate People Partner (Manager) to join our team and help shape our people strategy, empowering our staff to support students on their journey to success.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Service Leaders and Directors to understand our unique educational environment and proactively solve people-related challenges that impact the growth and success of our students and staff.
- Leadership Support & Coaching: Advise and coach managers on handling complex people matters such as performance management and employee relations, ensuring a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- People Strategy Implementation: Drive and execute the people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with our mission to build arcs that support both staff and students.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as the go-to resource for employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that staff members feel supported and heard.
- Training & Development: Facilitate training programs that equip our managers and staff with the skills to create an engaging and nurturing environment for students.
- Change Management: Guide teams through change, whether it's organizational growth or programmatic shifts, fostering adaptability and resilience.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement through recognition programs, professional development opportunities, and fostering a positive, mission-driven workplace.
- Data-Driven HR: Leverage HR data to make informed decisions that support our people strategy. Collect and analyze feedback from our community to continually refine our approach to employee support, much like how we gather student input to shape our programs.
- Cultural Transformation: Lead efforts to adapt our organizational culture, embracing innovation and digital tools to enhance our workforce and student programs.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR business partnering.
- Expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition and performance management.
- Strong ability to build relationships and foster trust with leaders and staff at all levels.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing staff in support of our mission.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform HR strategies.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and positive work culture.
