Microsoft Power Platform Developer
The Opportunity:

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We're looking for an experienced solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients' most complex challenges.

We need a Power Platform Developer who can use their experience in translating complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications. You will create engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies that leverage the modern experience in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You'll support the project and tech lead in developing plans, estimations, and code and design reviews. You'll work on projects that meet challenges in Public Health, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes within Dynamics and sites in SharePoint and M365 maximizing user-centric, low-code design. You'll apply your expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

You Have:
  • Experience with low-code, configuration-first business application development
  • Experience with implementing Microsoft Power Platform projects
  • Experience with building model-driven and canvas Power Apps
  • Experience with designing and implementing Power Automate and Azure Data flows
  • Experience with Dataverse, including design, data modeling, and security
  • Experience with the Agile development process
  • Experience with consulting on IT Agile development
  • Knowledge of Power Platform architectural best practices, design principles, administration, and governance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with SharePoint development and migration
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages, including JSON and JavaScript
  • Experience with Agile team development efforts
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
  • Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
