We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy-out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund-of- Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.

Position Overview
The HR International Manager will oversee the HR functions within our organization for our offices outside of the U.S., ensuring combined efficiency management of HR international operations. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in HR management, capable of overseeing a range of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employment compliance, and employee on and off boarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within each country
  • Manage and optimize the onboarding process for new employees alongside cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth new hire experience
  • Conduct background checks, verify employment eligibility, and ensure the accurate maintenance of employee files
  • Work closely with existing payroll and benefits providers, while also managing processes of vetting and onboarding new providers for additional countries
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees and update records to reflect changes in employment status
  • Manage day-to-day payroll and benefits processing
  • Oversee HR systems related to the international operations and manage employee data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR operations
  • Manage and review job descriptions to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Handle complex employee inquiries and provide solutions to HR-related issues, including employee terminations
  • Manage talent search processes for each country, coordinating with U.S. talent team
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within each country
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolution

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
  • Ideal candidate would have 6-8 years combined Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits management experience
  • Extensive payroll experience along with mathematical acumen desired
  • Proven experience in a HR role with a strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR systems and processes, with proficiency in HRIS/Payroll software
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment a must
  • Experience with ADP, SmartSheets and other HR technology platforms preferred
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
