Crossroads Care Center of Fond du Lac - Part-Time AM Shift CNA: Compensation: * $18 - $19.50 per hour * $2,000 Sign On Bonus Function: To provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to residents needing skilled nursing care/complex medical care and/or rehabilitative care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocation nurse.
