CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant NOC shift $18.00-$24.00

Crossroads Care Center of Mayville - $18-24.00 per HR SIGN ON BONUS!!!! $6,000 paid over 2 years!(Full-time only) NOC shift. Crossroads Care Center of Mayville is introducing a new program to hire Certified Nursing Assistants at a paid rate of $18 per hour. -The new C.N.A. must commit to, and fulfill consistently a minimum of 37.5 hours per week (5 shifts over 7 days) which includes two shifts every other weekend. -There will be no rate variance considered for these employees based on experience. **In addition to the above items, all new hires must still follow and fulfill the facility's state, and federal requirements as are spelled out in the employee handbook. -All C.N.A.s who are hired into this program will be required to sign a 6 month commitment and maintain all the minimum requirements for those 6 months. In the event that the employee exceeds 3 work weeks below these minimum requirements during that 6-month period will be disqualified from the program and paid a a Facility Regular wage scale per hour. -Also CNAs who would like to complete a medication aide program and are in good standing after 90 days of employment will be eligible for tuition assistance for the Medication Aide Program. Job summary * Resident centered care oriented * Personal cares to include assistance in adl's, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance * Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety * Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers * Answer call lights timely and promptly * Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the center * Licensed as a certified nursing assistant, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining the educational credits for continued certification INDCNA
