OPEN DATES: 12/21/2024(7a)-1/1/2025(7a) shift time 7a-7a - Possibly could need provider to start in Oct Assignment: * Shift times: Daily * Setting: primarily inpatient surgical coverage for ED & referred elective cases * FTE: 1.0 * Number Providers Needed: 1 FTE open to the use of multiple Surgeons to make a full-time schedule * Duties: CV Surgical coverage * Required Procedures: full scope CV Surgery EMR: * Clinic Setting: Cerner Mckesson Cardiology * Hospital Setting: Paragon & CHS Proprietary EMR * Patients per Day: 10-15 * Support Staff: typical in clinic & hospital resources * Worksite Resources : typical in clinic & hospital resources * Reason for Coverage: separation with current employed Surgeon * Deal Breakers: Malpractice history, board and or license practice restrictions Should have board and license to practice, malpractice Is case by case
