As a Lean Master you'll have responsibility for the development and implementation of multi site operating system/ lean playbook with the intent to establish linkage and flow, meet customer demand at lowest cost and highest quality. You'll work to establish programs, practices metrics and standards utilizing lean methodologies. You'll lead and mentor leaders and multi-functional teams to implement the operating system / lean playbook. You will report solid line to site leadership and be a member of Corporate lean promotion office.Nationality Requirements

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate and deliver complex business improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma techniques to achieve long term business strategies and develop a Lean culture across the business.
- Establish Obeya rooms to see progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, , critical milestones and actions necessary to ensure success
- Develop continuous improvement plans/road maps for projects and areas.

- Train/lead lean workshops including policy deployment, value stream.
- mapping, daily management, standard work, problem solving, 3P/Layout,
- cell design, material flow, Total Productive Maintenance,
- SMED, 5S and visual management, PFEP, material linkage and flow
- Effectively coach teams to manage for daily performance using visual controls.
- Mentor using Gemba walks tiered meetings and lead standard work.
- Coach employees to see abnormal conditions and solve problems rapidly.
- Lead kaizen events to bring work cells back to standard, or improve work cell performance toward true north
Required Qualifications
- 11 - 13 years of progressive experience in operational roles to include 5+ years of Lean leadership
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a technical field
- US Citizenship required to maintain/obtain Security Clearance eligibility
Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors
- Lean master, lean practitioner, or Master Black Belt Certification
- Auto or electronics industry manufacturing experience
- Mastery level knowledge of both current and emerging lean tools and principles.
- Front line experience and understand lean philosophy from the worker perspective
- Ability to coach and mentor with a narrow and deep focus
- Ability to align vision and plans to see the whole and adapt as needed
- Effectively develop future leaders while showing deep respect
- Develop teams to work together in structured problem solving
- Remain positive and develop yourself when challenges occur
- Models a culture to sustain and improve performance
- Hands on Leader and strong leadership skills
