* * Responsibilities at Entry Level: Learn to pre-rack, assemble and package products as directed. Learn to read and follow details on pick sheet. (Pick Sheet Training) Learn to label and verify orders accurately. Maintain accurate count of products pre-racked and packaged. Work towards production rate. Inspect quality of products while assembling and packing. (TCI Quality Policy) Maintain a clean work area. All other duties assigned by 1A, Crew Leader and/or Production Manager. (All levels) Abide by the "TCI Employee Handbook", the "TCI Employee Expectations", and the "TCI Shop Floor Culture". (All levels) Responsibilities at Two Month Level: Learn to locate and follow work instructions for pre-rack, assembly and package products. (Work Instruction Training) (Computer Training - CL) Learn to assemble and package products. Able to label and verify orders accurately. Able to keep accurate count of products and maintain production rate. (8 Deadly Waste Training) Check quality of products while assembling/pre-racking.(Visual Inspection Training) Able to work efficiently with assembly team. Properly package product per Job QC procedures. (Job QC Training) Maintain a clean work area and learn the 5S's. (TCI 5S Training) Responsibilities at Six Month Level: Able to locate and follow work instructions for pre-rack, assembly and package products. (Job QC Training) Able to read and understand daily schedule. Able to work efficiently with assembly team. Able to identify paint and metal defects. (Quality Instruments Training) Learn to determine Visual Surface Class as defined on print files. Assist in training new personnel. Accurately complete all related computer transactions: open jobs, quality inspections, print labels for shipment (packing & shipping labels), etc. Maintain a clean work area and know the 5S's. Responsibilities at Twelve Month Level: Able to read and understand daily schedule. Verify inventory and available packaging. Communicate nonconforming product to Scheduling and Crew Leader. Keep accurate count of products and maintain production rate. Properly assemble and package product per Job QC procedures. Able to work efficiently with assembly team. Assist in training new personnel. Accurately complete all related computer transactions: open jobs, quality inspections, print labels for shipment (packing & shipping labels), etc. Maintain a clean work area and complete a 5S audit. * * * * * Requirements: * * * Able to lift 40 lbs.
